TRADITIONAL

Often referred to as butt and pass, every other log extends past the corner intersection resulting in a distinctive log home look. Our Premier log wall includes precision pre-cut mortise and tenon interlocking corner system produces a stable made-to-last wall.

Available in Appalachian Round, Appalachian Double Round and Double Bevel profiles.

AUTHENTIC

This half-dovetail notch reflects the joinery used by early American pioneers who constructed homes from square timbers. It remains one of the oldest and sturdiest of corner joinery styles. Hand hewning is offered as an option.

Logs are cut flush at the corner intersection and capped with trim lumber for a conventional wood siding appearance. Crafted mortise and tenon joints reinforce the intersection of this popular style.
