When I visited a friend’s log home in 1992 I knew I found what I was looking for in a home.

I then began my search for a log home company. After much research, it came down to three companies. Appalachian Log Structures won my business. They had exactly what I was looking for. I began visiting other dealer log homes and I decided I wanted to do what they were doing. In 1999, I became a dealer for Appalachian Log Structures. In 2002, we began construction on a modified Fair Oaks for a customer. Since then we have continued to sell and build Appalachian Log Structures log homes.

In January 2005, my fiance and I took delvery on a house that we designed using different floor plans that we liked from the ALSI floor plans book. We look forward to beginning our future together in our dream log home.
